PLEASE NOTE
You will be sent a consignment number and notification once the order is dispatched
Delivery charges as follows
UK - £15
ROW - £35
Please note it can take up to 14 - 21 working days to arrive.
Please make sure that you use an address where there is someone able to sign for your artwork. All prints are sent tracked and will need a signature.
PLEASE DO NOT USE a PO Box or a DELIVERY BOX address
Paintings and prints are carefully packed by hand, placed into stout packaging and then dispatched from the UK using a tracked courier service.
A note about dispatch:- Our packing and postage system means that dispatch does not necessarily occur the next day after you order. Therefore there may be a longer than expected wait for your parcel to arrive.
Do you ship to my country?
I ship to most countries. Please contact me if your country is not included on the drop-down menu.
I have placed my order but would like to change the delivery address. What should I do?
Please contact me, including your order number, name and address and if the item as not already been dispatched I will do my best to amend the delivery address for your order.
When will I receive my order?
I will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 10 days of ordering and most deliveries will arrive next day from dispatch to all UK addresses, 3-4 days for Europe and 5-7 days for the rest of the World.
Has my order been shipped yet?
As soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming this.
I have not received my item. What should I do?
Please contact me with your name and order number. Don't panic. I will do my best to find out what's happened.
Will you deliver to my work address?
We can deliver to your work address.
Will you deliver to a PO box address?
Unfortunately I cannot deliver to a PO box address.
Will I be charged for customs and import fees?
You should be aware that you may be liable to pay import taxes and/or duties if the value of the shipment is over your national import threshold.
